Heart Path Counselling was created because I wanted to assist people in living their most authentic life and feel more empowered. 
With more than 20 years experience as a professional counselor, educator, and life coach and have combined this with art, creativity, guided imagery, hypnotherapy and energy psychology techniques. All of which are innovative and powerful tools that clear away blocks (eg limiting beliefs) in the way of achieving your goals and dreams in life.

This brings real change! 

My own search for healing led me to my first workshop about energy psychology. I started using these tools and found they cleared away past traumas and other blocks to living a more authentic and empowered life.
As I myself experienced the power of these various energy psychology techniques, I undertook deeper training and  become certified in Tapas Acupressure Technique®, Intentional Creativity® Coach and Dynamic Energetic Healing®, along with guided visualization and  hypnotherapy.

I combine elements of all these innovative tools and techniques with my clients, helping them utilize their own strengths and inner resources to overcome the barriers that get in the way of their happiness and living a more fulfilling life.

I offer individual counseling for adults. My approach is tailored to fit the specific needs of the client and honors the integral connection between mind, body and spirit.
